    What is Daily Getaways?

    Daily Getaways is an annual program that offers travel getaways across the United States at discounted prices every weekday at www.dailygetaways.com. Offers are sold at a fixed price in limited quantities and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Offers are purchased on the site but booking can be done at a later date. Offers go on sale at 1:00pm ET each weekday beginning March 23, 2015.

    Who is eligible to participate?

    Anyone who is a legal U.S. resident and is 18 years or older may purchase an offer with any valid credit card.

    How do I learn more about what offers are on sale?

    To browse current and upcoming offers, click on the days of the week located at the top of the homepage. To find complete offer details, click on the “View Details” button for the item you’re interested in. You can also click on the “View all available getaways” link on the homepage to view any past offers that are still available. To learn what offers are on sale each weekday, you can view the “Calendar” located on the home page, or sign up for daily e-mails here.

    When are offers available for purchase?

    Offers are available for purchase each weekday beginning March 23, 2015 at 1:00 pm ET, Quantities for these items are extremely limited and may sell out quickly. However, in the event that they do not sell out the day they go on sale, they will appear on the “All Available Offers” page. You may purchase offers featured on this page 24 hours a day, 7 days a week until the promotion ends, May 8, 2015, or until the offers sell out.

    How do I purchase an offer?

    Offers go on sale at 1:00 pm ET each weekday beginning March 23, 2015. Anyone who is 18 years or older may purchase an offer with any valid credit card. To purchase an offer:

    1. As soon as a sale starts, click on the “View Details” button for the offer you’re interested in.

    2. On the Offer Details page, select the quantity of the offer you would like to purchase, if applicable, and then click on the “Buy Now” button.

    3. If there’s still inventory available, you’ll be prompted to pay for your purchase.

    4. In certain instances, membership in a company’s rewards program is required to purchase an item. In that case, after you click the “Buy Now” button, you will immediately get a message on the site telling you that the item is reserved for you and prompting you to enter your rewards program member number for that particular travel company. You will then have a limited amount of time to locate your member number or quickly sign up for the program.

    5. If you get a “Try Again” message, it means all inventory for the product you’re trying to buy is currently on hold for other customers. There’s still a possibility an item or two might free up, so keep trying!

    How do I redeem an offer?

    After you complete your purchase, we will provide you the necessary information to redeem your offer via email. The redemption method for offers differs by merchant. There are several ways offers could be redeemed: voucher, e-certificate, or loyalty-points deposit. Please be sure to read the offer’s terms & conditions and redemption information before purchasing, as certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Please remember that there is no guarantee prior to purchasing your offer that your primary choices for travel dates will be available.

    Is there a deadline for the redemption of offers?

    Redemption deadlines vary offer-to-offer. Be sure to read the offer’s terms & conditions and redemption information carefully. There are no exceptions to the redemption details, so we recommend you do not purchase with the intent to redeem your offer before you are expected to receive it.

    What are the purchase limits?

    The purchase of offers is limited to 1 purchase per offer (quantity restrictions differ by product), per day, per card (e.g., you may not purchase the same exact offer more than once with the same credit card on the same day. You may, however, purchase multiple quantities of that offer in 1 single purchase if the quantity restrictions allow more than one to be purchased at a time.)

    Additionally, some offers have a purchase limit per offer for the loyalty program number applicable to that offer. If this is the case, it will be indicated in the offer details.

    Is there an additional discount this year for purchasing on an American Express® Card?

    No. The published price for each offer is valid for any eligible card type. No additional discounts will be taken at time of checkout.

    How will I know if my purchase went through?

    You will receive a confirmation number via email immediately after your purchase is complete.

    What if I don’t receive an email confirmation?

    In the event that you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours of purchasing, please contact Customer Service.

    Can I cancel or modify my purchase?

    No, all sales are final. Once a purchase is complete, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.

    Can I add to the purchase?

    If you want to make any modifications to a purchase you’ve made through Daily Getaways, like adding additional stays to travel offers, you’ll have to speak directly with the specific travel company offering the item. In most cases, you will likely have to pay at the prevailing rate for any additions if this option is available.

    Can I pay on more than one credit card?

    Your purchase must be completed on one card.

    Who is the "seller" for the items?

    You are purchasing all items on the site from the U.S. Travel Association. The offers are made possible by participating travel organizations.

    Who can I contact with questions?

    For program questions, please contact Customer Service or help@dailygetaways.com. Customer Service is available Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM CST. Customer Service is not available on Federal holidays. Customer Service is only supported via email. No phone calls.

    Your email will be answered within 24 hours of receipt. If you are emailing us outside of our service hours, we will reply as soon as possible. If you have made a purchase and have a question regarding your offer, a Customer Service contact for your offer will be provided to you in your confirmation email.

    What are daily emails?

    Daily emails are sent every weekday by Daily Getaways to let you know which offers are available that day. You can sign up to receive them from the footer area of the home page. Daily emails will be sent every weekday beginning March 23, 2015.

    What are alerts?

    Alerts are emails you sign up to receive to inform you when individual offers go on sale during the Daily Getaways promotion beginning March 23, 2015. You can sign up for an alert on the detail page of any given offer.

    What is the “SHARE” feature?

    The “Share” button lets you tell your friends and family about getaways you think they’d be interested in. Clicking “Share” opens a menu of various social media outlets, so just pick your favorite and pass the great savings on to your potential travel companions!

    Will you use e-mail addresses for other marketing purposes? How secure is the site?

    Rest easy — you’re on a secure U.S. Travel Association site, and we protect all personal information sent to and from Daily Getaways. Addresses provided for Daily Getaways will not be used for any other purpose other than this promotion. See the U.S. Travel Association Privacy Statement for details.

    When you make a purchase, you will have the option to receive additional emails and updates from the U.S. Travel Association. If you do not wish to stay informed of other programs and offerings, you do not have to opt-in.
